women are by nature less corruptible. this is the basis of the new all-female unit of traffic police in russia. the target is to fight corruption and road-accidents. ladies taking control of the roads. hmmmm. in my words u can name it "beautification of the ciry" also... heh heh. never mind. but one thing the russians didnt think of - drivers will be more distracted by them, where male-traffic-police were unnoticable. the bribary and corruption will decrease, but road accidents will be more frequent. :P ...

Umm, are you saying that Russian guys are ugly and that Russian women don't get into accidents because none of the male officers are appealing enough for them to cause an accident?!
I think things go on as normal except people will be like hmmm, that cop was a woman! Nothing more or less.
Maybe women should run everything? then the whole world would less corrupt. However I don't the female leaders of our country are setting a good example...
